Quality Services Painting
Every job follows the same order: we walk the surfaces with you, put the scope and price in writing, protect the house, prep, then paint. Prep is where most repaints succeed or fail, so the washing, patching, caulking and priming are listed in the estimate instead of buried in a lump sum.
We paint interiors, exteriors, cabinets, decks and fences, and commercial spaces from offices to warehouses, and we finish every job with a walkthrough in good light before we call it done.
Prep written into the scope
Your estimate lists the wash, the patching, the caulk joints and the spot-priming as line items. Prep is where a coat either bonds or fails, so you can see exactly what we are doing before we start.
Two full coats, stated
We apply two full coats unless your scope says otherwise, and we say so in writing. One coat over a color change leaves the old shade telegraphing through, and the thin film hides and scrubs poorly.
Your house covered and cleaned
Floors get runners, furniture gets moved to the middle and covered, hardware and plants get masked. At the end of each day tools come out of the walkways and the site gets swept.
Scheduled around Charlotte conditions
Exterior work runs from spring through fall, once surfaces are dry and overnight temperatures stay above the coating's minimum. We follow the shade in midsummer and stop ahead of afternoon storms. Interior, cabinet and commercial work fills the cold and wet weeks.

This is what management and communication look like in practice — here's exactly how your project moves, start to finish.
Walkthrough and written estimate
We walk the rooms or the elevations with you, measure, and note the repairs the surface needs. You get a written scope that names the surfaces, the coat count and the sheens, at no cost.
Wash, repair, protect
We wash off mildew, pollen and chalking and let the substrate dry down. Then we patch nail pops and holes, fill and sand damaged trim, caulk open joints, and mask floors, glass and hardware.
Prime and paint
Bare wood, patches and stains get spot-primed so they do not flash through or bleed. Then two full coats go on, brushed, rolled or sprayed to suit the surface and the sheen.
Walkthrough and cleanup
We walk the finished work with you in daylight, list anything you want corrected, and handle it before we load out. Masking comes off, hardware goes back on, and the site gets left clean.
